"I love Mustela products for my child but unfortunately this order was disappointing, starting with how the box arrived - crushed and the tape was partially opened. Upon opening, one of the three bottles I ordered had a broken cap. Not surprising because the items were not very securely wrapped in the box - they were just placed in the box with some paper filling. I reached out to customer service who were very helpful and apologetic and they immediately placed an order for a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement, the bottle was again placed in a box with a little paper filling. This time, the bottle appeared dirty - dirt particles underneath the cap, residue from a peeled off sticker, and an expiration date of less than a year away (manufactured in April 2024, expired in April 2027, I ordered on June 2026). I asked Customer Service if Mustela ships almost-expired products as replacements in order to reduce waste/unsellable inventory and they said no… if ‘no’, then how did this happen? They must have had near expired products laying around somewhere in the warehouse and it was intentionally shipped out. My advice is to just request a refund rather than a replacement if your items arrive damaged. The original bottles I ordered had an expiration date of 2029, so I expected the replacement to have the same date."

"I have a 5 month old with severe eczema, to the point of actual flakes coming off his face and different parts of his body. There was so many nights where I barley slept to keep hold his hands because he would pull them out of the wrap to scratch his face. I tired so many product recommend by doctors, family, and friends with no luck. Until I posted on my social media asking for help. Someone then recommend and tag Mustela. They reach to me told the best products for my son's skin and sent them to me. Girl!! its been almost a month now and his face and skin before and after are like night and day. I was scare around the week 1 and 2 because he had some flare ups. I let it run its course though and allow his skin to get use to it after, the daily flakes were gone. He stop itching every 10 secs, and is finally able to sleep through the night. I'm using the Stelatopia+ line. Stelatopia+ lipid- replenishing cream pump 3-4 times a day. The cleansing gel pump daily for washing his face in the morning gently with a baby rag and any dry spots. cleansing gel pump and cleansing oil every other day for his bath ( soak for 10-15Mins) after bath I use the intense eczema relief for this line and layer him 2x and put Baby Aquaphor on top to seal the moisture. This is just the first month and I'm so thankful for the difference. I can see in that in the following months his skin issues will be at a minimal with maintenance. I truly believe in this brand and recommend it. Thank you Mustela."
