Five Years of Trust, One Packaging Concern
"I’ve been using Mustela for over 5 years, from my first child to my second, and it’s still our family’s favorite bath product. I love how gentle it is on my kids’ skin, how clean it leaves them feeling, and the quality has always been excellent. That’s why I continue to order it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new Body Cleansing Gel Eco-Refill packaging. Unfortunately, both my original order and the replacement arrived broken and leaking, with the product spilled throughout the package. While I truly appreciate Mustela’s excellent customer service for replacing my order, the replacement had the same issue. I hope Mustela considers improving the refill packaging because the product itself is amazing—it just isn’t being protected well during shipping. Despite this disappointing experience, I’ll continue using Mustela because I haven’t found another product that works as well for my children. I just hope the packaging is improved in the future."
